Albinos have pink eyes and no pigmentation.

I believe it might be a spirit bear, which is a kind of a white black bear, usually found in the Fraser Valley in BC. I think it’s kind of the same case with a leopard and a black panther with the recessive gene causing the change in pigmentation.
