I guess you could say they are Czech-ing out the view!
Although on a more somber note, the Czechs, and former German Military Eastern European volunteer troops did much of the fighting in Prague to rid themselves of the Nazis BEFORE the Soviet Red Army came steamrolling in to town. The Czechs wanted help from the Western Allies, and like the Poles they did not want to be “Liberated” and thus subjegated to being under the Soviet Union as a puppet Communist State. Patton could have rolled in to Prague but because of Politics was told to stop his advance towards the city even though he was already in the far eastern portion of the Czechlands. Predetermined politics at the Yalta Conference left the Czechs to fall under the Soviet sphere of influence.
