Unbeknownst to him the Polish Army tried to blow him up during this exact parade. The bombs were all set up but at the last moment the parade itself got diverted and he got away. Imagine Hitler dead 5 days into the war. Also just a month later Georg Elser nearly got him with his bomb but he left the stage a few minutes before it exploded. Sadly for the world, this scumbag was born pretty lucky.

or was everything of his looted/destroyed?
