Secure but safe headlock, arm secured, weapon pointed but no finger on trigger, this is common practice for military police and search and seizure operations. They’re probably not MP’s, as they are missing the signature armband, so the poor guy probably wandered too close to an operational unit, or had some info he wanted to relay; even informants are treated this way to prevent double-cross.

I love how people are trashing this intervention even though Grenada celebrates Thanksgiving Day to commemorate the invasion. A holiday that was unknown to the people on the island before then. It was the US intervention that protected Grenada democracy which is alive to this day.
