An unknown woman takes one of the only two illegal pictures of the Supreme Court in session and the only picture ever taken of all 9 Justices while in session. Washington, DC. 1937 [1600 x 1082]
A few notable Justices in the picture are Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes in the middle with the big bushy mustache. Some other ones are; Justices Louis Brandeis (Creator of the Constitutional Right to Privacy) and Harlan Stone (Future Chief Justice and creator of the "Rational Basis Test").
It’s surprising that the only two pictures are from 80 years ago. Now I’m curious to just how rigorous the inspection is, considering how small a camera can be these days.

The other picture was taken in 1932 by German Photographer Erich Salomon by faking a broken arm and hiding his camera in his splint.
