I visited Cambodia at the end of last year and the effects of the Khmer Rouge regime is still very much evident. It was such a short time ago and there were millions of people murdered. Almost every Cambodian person has some sort of connection to the horrors. And worst of all, Pol Pot (the man behind the horrors) got away with it and lived until he was 73.
