My ex-husband lost an older sister to a car bomb in Belfast. I never realized the human aspect of this era until he told me she lived for a week but since he was a child he wasn’t allowed to go into to see her. She was an innocent bystander, just walking out of a pub when the bomb went off, put a piece of car through her chest. RIP Lisa Boyle.
