Four Austro-Hungarian battleships (2 dreadnoughts and 2 pre-dreadnought types) steaming in formation somewhere in Adriatic, WW1, c.1917/1918 [2492 x 1694]
From where is this photo taken? Maybe from masts of nearby battleships (5th member of this squadron) or maybe from low flying aircraft?
Also interestingly you can see difference between more modern all big gun dreadnoughts (2nd and 4th ship at this photo) that changed naval game and older pre-dreadnoughts with their various mixed artillery.
