How many of them do you think cared? Looked away? Were annoyed? Felt bad? Said there’s nothing I could’ve done? Who among these men and women and boys and girls felt empathy for the victims?
I really wish I could ask them, even if some of the answers would be absolutely fucking reprehensible.
