Fun fact, Lucky Luciano got a full pardon from Dewey for using his influence to keep the ports open during the war and preventing strikes due to his influence on unionized Longshoremen and workers. He just got deported afterwards. He was supposed to serve 30-50, and ironically the guy who put him away was none other than Dewey.
