Well, a leader at he lower tactical level often has to show a good example and thus be in front. Soldiers are like boiled spaghetti. You can’t push them forward – but you can pull them. And that’s one of the reasons for the high casualty rate among junior infantry leaders in wars. Great picture! Thank you for sharing 👍
