Looks like they’re Luftwaffe. Maybe Field Division absorbed into the Heer (army), although towards the end of the war even Flak crews started to be repurposed as infantry.
Side note, and this is some real pedantic shit, but the guy on the left’s jacket fascinates me. It looks like it *was* a Luftwaffe [fliegerbluse](https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0172/2992/products/m40_fliegerbluse_thumb_6f9aface-0db1-4e8a-8615-f7f1aa44af2c_grande.jpg?v=1482914094), but at some point the original insignia got taken off and a Heer breast eagle and collar tabs were sewn on. Main giveaways are the lack of breast pockets and the concealed buttons on the front. Makes sense, considering by this point the Luftwaffe had been absorbed into the Heer, but it’s still a weird kludge you don’t often see even late in the war and I love it.
