This probably the darkest chapter of the Vietnam War. Basically a Lt. gone rogue ordering the destruction of a village and its occupants. Rape and dismemberment are reported to have occurred as well.

looking @ this pic really saddens/troubles me. i can’t imagine what the perpetrator(s) were thinking. these poor, poor people . . . .
