Reichsmarschall Hermann Goering, the former deputy of Hitler, Rudolf Hess, the former Reich Foreign Minister Joachim von Ribbentrop
Behind them the former Grand Admiral Karl Doenitz

Doenitz should have been acquitted. His punishment was because of the Commando Order which was already in place when he was put in charge but he was punished because he didn’t put a stop to it. Also for firing on unarmed merchant ships which the Allies admitted to doing as well.
I’m on the fence about Speer. The slave labor thing was bad but he seemed like a decent guy. He was never a "real" Nazi. He only got his high level post because Hitler liked him as an architect. His skills in organization did prolong the war but he also did a lot to save Germany from Hitler’s scorched Earth orders, with huge risk to himself and his family.
