New York City must have been seen as a world wonder back then, a futuristic mega city. The skyline is so majestic and satisfying. I love buildings in Art Deco style and with setbacks.

What tall building is that off to the right and back a ways, with the spike and the dome?

It would be a bit creepy seeing that thing flying over you in the city

I’ve been in those hangers in Lakehurst. They are incredible wooden structures. It kind of makes you dizzy standing inside of them and looking up to the ceiling.

Anybody else see a face in the skies on the right ?

I remember when a blimp flew over my back deck in the 90s. It seemed REALLY low! Then a few hours latter it was draped over a building in Manhattan.
I got a piece of that zeppelin from my grandfather who was in Lakehurst at the time. Are there any experts who can identify the part and possibly the value?
