Why did Hitler specifically chose to call his desired race “Ayrans” rather than “Germanic”?

africanrhino: Because ayrans were a mythical (I guess ) race, superior superior to humans. Ueber mensch, above human. Ironically this separation allowed for greater inclusivity and greater ethic diversity while still being exclusive.
